4 Shared Bedrooms - Dublin 2

We have 4 students from last year returning and 4 bedrooms still available, please find attached pictures of the property.

The rent is €895 monthly which includes all bills and cleaner once a week for all common areas (Bedrooms not included).

Deposit of €895 is also required.

We have shortened the contracts to 9 months starting 1st September 2020 to end the 31st of May 2021.

Duvet and 2 pillows are included in each bedroom but NO bed linen.

The rooms available are double bedrooms and each bathroom is shared with one other tenant/student (Bedroom in photo is a sample and other rooms may differ).

All other tenants are students from RCSI. The property is a two minute walk to the college RCSI in Dublin 2 and a 5 minute walk to Stephen’s Green shopping centre.

We also understand that students may need to self-isolate for two weeks prior to the commencement of classes which we will be able to accommodate.
