20-25 min walk or 8 min by the Luas to RCSI I have welcomed and enjoyed having students for many years from various colleges

Accommodation is on a 5 day a week basis.

It includes bed and breakfast

You can cook a meal in light meal in the evening

There are two sitting rooms, a kitchen and a garden

PROXIMITY TO COLLEGES

RCSI, TRINITY some TUI and the city centre are a 20/25minute walk.

The TUI in Rathmines and the Rathmines College are both a 10 minutes away

The 142 bus stop to RCSI, TRINITY, UCD and some TUI is extremely close by.

The Milltown Luas stop to the RCSI, TRINITY and some TU Dublin is a 6 minute walk (the journey is 8 mins)

The 14, 15’s and 18 bus are 10 minute walk.
