BILLS are NOT included in rent price shown - electricity, gas, internet/ television, weekly waste disposal (black and green bin as well as glass recycling) and tv licence. The average bill is €70 per month for the year. On street parking with Dublin City Council is EUR50 a year, if required.

This parking is on the street and not on the property.

Large double bedroom for rent. Room is bright with high ceiling. House is also extremely large with a beautiful, Georgian style sitting room and a separate kitchen with brand new appliances many of which were bought in the last year. Parking is available on the street. Shed/ storage is available also. Large veranda/ balcony area - ideal for nice summer evenings.

OUR HOME has a washing machine, dryer, double oven (fan oven and grill), 900 watt microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and a 5 ring gas hob. All are high specifications and were ether bought new in the last year or have been recently serviced.

We also have a toaster and a nespresso coffee machine with a Cappuccino maker.


We are in our mid-/ late 20s and we work / study full time. We enjoy having a quiet home. As many of our neighbours are families we do not have house parties etc. We often work long days so you may not see much of us. Happy to answer any questions you may have via phone/ email. We have excellent internet, should you need to work from home (Virign Media is our supplier).

AMENITIES in the area (within a 5 minute walk) include a large choice of pubs, restaurants, laundrette/dry cleaner, delis and supermarkets, takeaways, cosy brunch spots/ cafes, nail/ hair salons/ barber, gift shops, off licences, AIB and Permanent TSB Bank branches, doctor, dentist, pharmacy and the Aviva Stadium. Google/ grand canal dock is a 3 minute walk from our front door. Baggot street is at the other end of our home.

TRAVEL: Our home is a 20 minute walk to Grafton Street. The Grand Canal Dart Stop is only a 3 minute walk from our house. The airport connection bus is a 60 second walk from our front door and generally takes 20 minutes to get to the airport from here. If you are new to Dublin, this is as good as good as it gets for access to public transport access. Several bus routes operate from the main road around the corner from out house should you be based outside of the Dart line access.


The room is €1,025 for a single person and €1,250 for a couple.

One month’s rent plus one month’s deposit is required. If you are a student/ tied to the academic calendar we can accommodate your lease should you wish to leave at the end of the academic year.
